Saturday Night Events

• At the Race Hotel- Hilton Garden Inn at WingHaven. Pre-registration packet pick-up from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
• Pre-Race Meeting- Optional informational meeting on race operations and regulations. Hilton Garden Inn at WingHaven from 9:00 pm until 9:30 pm.
• Dinner and Band- at the Race Course finish line/Expo area- Seamus McDaniels, enjoy the great food and music- just down the road from the Hilton. 

Race Day Events!

Pre-Race meeting. Optional for racers. 7:00 am at the Start/Finish.

The Expo- Register for the races, shop for official merchandise, sample products. All day- at the finish line. 

VIP Hospitality- Enjoy the best seats in the house and inclusive food and beverage from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm. Food by Seamus McDaniel’s and the savory libations of the O’Fallon Brewery.  You can purchase tickets here.

Post Event- Please join us for a post race, post awards ceremony party at Seamus McDaniel’s- located at the end of our Expo area, 7434 Village Center Drive. A great opportunity to mingle with the professional riders from around the country. Starting at 6:30 pm.

St. Charles County Arts Council (www.stcharlesart.org) While in WingHaven be sure to visit the new Lilian Yahn Gallery. Current exhibit- painter Ron Hauser, a St. Louis based painter and sculptor.
