The Event

The Tour de Winghaven brings the excitement of bicycle racing to St. Louis' fastest growing community. The Tour de WingHaven is a competitive event with races for every category of USCF licensed racer from Juniors to Professional. The Racing begins early in the morning and culminates in the main event — the Professional/Elite race in the early afternoon. Line the streets, spend the day, and enjoy what promises to be one of the most exciting free sporting events of the year.

About WingHaven

WingHaven has shaped the heart of O'Fallon — the fastest growing city in Missouri. Strategically located in an area with a progressive, pro-business attitude, WingHaven has direct access to Metro St. Louis' "main street," Highway 40 (I-64). Additionally, it will directly access the soon-to-be built Page Avenue extension (Missouri Highway 180) into St. Charles County. It is also within three miles of I-70 via Bryan Road — the new outer belt across St. Charles County.

The Course

Winding through and around WingHaven, the course for the Tour de Winghaven features wide open city streets with European styled roundabouts and gentle corners. The course cuts through the center of Wingahven before wrapping around the Mastercard International campus and back into town. The three+ miles course has a wide open finish in the heart of Winghaven — a stylish neighborhood with many restaurants and small businesses.

Registration

Pre-register via 2Wheeltech website: www.2wheeltech.com or race day. Registration will close one half hour before each event. No late fee. Entry fee includes a MOBRA fee and a insurance surcharge for USA Cycling. Non-licensed can purchase annual and one day licenses at registration. An athlete's release can be mailed to Tour de Winghaven c/o Big Shark Bicycle Co. 6133 Delmar Blvd. St. Louis MO 63112.

Renaud Spirit Center Children's Races

Children's races will be at 2:00 for children ages 4/5, 6/7, 8/9, 10/11. Kids will race progressively longer distances. Parents and children should be ready by 12:45. Helmets are required. Ages 5 and under can use tricycles, bicycles, or big wheels. Two wheel bicycles ages 6 and up. All participants will recieve recognition. Event Details

Registration for each event will close 30 minutes prior to each event. Each race will have neutral support with 9 speed and 10 speed wheels for Campagnolo and Shimano equipped bikes. Digital chip timing and finish line services will be provided by Ultramax Events. The Junior Races will be part of the Lance Armstrong Junior Olymic Series (LAJORS). All races will be part of the Missouri Best All-Around Rider (MOBAR) Competition and the St. Louis Cup.

Parking/Directions

From HWY 70 - Take the Bryan Rd. exit. Turn South (LEFT if heading West, RIGHT if heading East) Continue on Bryan Rd. until it turns into WingHaven Blvd. Follow arrows to "Tour de WingHaven" and "racer parking."

From HWY 40/61 - Take WingHaven Blvd exit and turn North (RIGHT if heading west, LEFT if heading East) Follow signs to "Tour de WingHaven" and "racer parking." You may use either the covered or outside parking.
